Located in North Tarrant County, Southlake is a populous city with more than 30,000 residents. Expanding over 22.5 square miles, this suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is home to more than 2,000 businesses and a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Texas is widely known for its shopping districts and historical centers, and Southlake is no exception.

Though the area was settled in the 1840s, it was not incorporated as a city until 1956. Due to its proximity to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Southlake became a boomburb in the 1980s. This booming Texas city is known for its Southlake Town Square project, 8-time state champion high school football team, and one of the best public school systems in the United States.

Public transportation is scarce in Southlake, with no bus service within city limits, and the nearest train station is about four miles from the town center. So if you’re planning a visit to Southlake, it’s essential to have a transportation plan set up. Cowboys Limousine LLC will happily provide luxury, private limo and transportation services anywhere in the Southlake area.
