A down payment of $100-$200 is due upon booking to reserve, and the remaining balance is to be paid by the week of your reservation. You are welcomed to make partial payments leading to your reservation or make full payment by the due date.

The tip is not included in your total; it is at the discretion of the customer. When provided chauffeured service, a gratuity of 15–20% of the check’s amount (before tax) is customary when good to excellent service is provided.

Credit Card

There is a 5% no cash convenience fee if paying with a credit card. However, this fee will be waived on your down payment. You are welcome to use a different payment method to avoid this fee. Contact your booking agent to make payment arrangements.

Fuel Surcharge

There are no fuel Surcharges within the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding cities. Beyond the local service area, there may be a fuel surcharge.

You are welcomed to have alcoholic beverages as long as you and your party are of legal drinking age. Be sure your guests are prepared to show proof of legal drinking age.

Food is not provided and is not allowed to eat in the vehicles. Ice and water are complementary and provided upon request. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are provided only with our decoration packages. However, you are welcome to bring your own drinks and transport food, such as cake.

You are welcomed to unlimited stops within your reserved time frame as long as you stay within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding cities.
